It’s supposed to take three weeks to form a habit, unless you’re me then a rainy day can put the kibosh on THAT!
Perusing Facebook during lunch, I found a challenge to write every day for the next 31 days.
I’m going to do my best to stick to it. No, I pledge to do it this time (note to self: mouth, stop writing checks your a$$ can’t cash!).
Looking through my draft folder, I found quite a few things that could be edited, then published.
Since I’m reading Simon Sinek’s Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action, I asked myself why I would want to do this challenge.
I thought of four reasons why:
1. For distraction to The Teen leaving in 13 days 🙁
2. To cut back on TV viewing.
3. To get back into the writing habit so I can FINALLY write my great American novel.
4. To prove I CAN do it.
So, join me for the next 31 days of irrelevance, irreverent, irrosory, and intelligent writing.
