The Academy of Music Wants you to “Be Our Guest!”

Disney’s Beauty and The Beast, the smash hit Broadway musical, returns to Philadelphia!

Beginning this Tuesday, November 26 through Sunday, December 1, the “Broadway Philadelphia Series” presents the classical musical that continues to delight audiences.

Based on Academy Award-winning animated feature film by the same name, Beauty and the Beasty tells the story of a selfish prince who has been transformed to a hideous beast as punishment for his mean-spirited ways. Bibliophile and adventure seeking Belle becomes the prisoner of the Beast. Forced to live together, the two learn to tolerate and eventually love each other.

Seven new songs have been added to the show and nicely compliments the beloved songs from the 1991 film. The lavish sets and costumes, dazzling production numbers, and foot stomping favorite “Be Our Guest” is a great way to kick off your holiday season.
