My Facebook friend and fellow blogger Keva raves about avocado. Not a day passes that she doesn’t post a recipe, picture, or a snippet of avocado knowledge.
Avocado has “good fat” and is a healthy alternative to the junk food I enjoy. I’m determined to lose my middle before I hit forty, so I’m always open to any food that is tasty and aids in this goal. Plus, a Chipotle opened near our house and their guacamole is the shiza!
Homemade guacamole is a great snack to keep around. The benefits of avocado are great (good fat, fiber, vitamins to name a few) plus I get to pretend I’m on a Gordon Ramsay show as I chop ingredients.
Reader +Sia McKye asked me for the recipe. This last go round I remembered to chop and shoot while I made my weekend snack.
