Catchy title, but not much different than any other yoga DVD I own. Today I did the AM workout. This workout is supposed to be the substitution for a morning cup of coffee. Yeah, okay.
This DVD also features a PM workout and a standard workout. I will evaluate those this weekend. Based on the AM workout, I may just have to keep this DVD.
The AM is a complete workout. I felt some of those 650 muscles touted yesterday, and while I enjoy a good down dog, nothing really blows me away. Perhaps because this was in the rotation for SO long, I can’t give it a fair evaluation.
The workout is about 1/2 hour and it has the standards: Sun Salutations and stretches. No sweat here, and no ragged breathing. I do feel leaner and taller and got the best pop of a hamstring to date. This is a keeper if only because I know I can get my body relaxed and prepared for the day (with coffee!)
