The Boy is student of the week!
With those duties, he gets to line lead, pass out papers, fetch water for his teacher, and tell the weather. He also had to bring in six pictures to highlight his reign.
The Mister and I scrambled to gather six pictures and it hit me:
The Teen has two plus boxes of photos. The Boy has photos, that are captured on my phone or the hard drive of my computer.

When did capturing moments become the work of my phone or a borrowed digital camera? For a brief period, I wanted to be a photographer. I don’t know why that dream was forgotten, but I may have to rekindle that desire.

Any of these pictures would have been perfect to highlight the Boy’s life. As it stands, I had a posed school photo, a Chuckie Cheese drawing, and then some of the few hard copies of pictures from the past.
I’ve heard that the later children don’t have many photos. I am here to say, that is so true!
